WestJet is among the Canadian airlines that have suspended service to Cuba amid a fuel shortage. On Thursday, the last inbound flight to Windsor from Cuba arrived, bearing passengers who said they didn’t notice much of a disruption to their travel but felt badly for people in Cuba.
