Windsor Police have arrested and charged a 30-year-old rideshare driver with sexual assault following an incident involving a passenger last month.
Police say members of the Windsor Police Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit launched the investigation on April 18, after receiving a report that a woman had been sexually assaulted by her rideshare driver during a trip.
