The large Canadian flag on Windsor’s riverfront is replaced by a smaller flag each fall for safety reasons. The big flag was raised in 2017 to celebrate Windsor’s 125th year as a city and Canada’s 150th year as a country. CBC’s Mike Evans was there as crews worked to put it away for the season.
