Malique Calloo unloaded his gun and killed Daniel Squalls on Nov. 28, 2022 in the middle of the day, out in the street. Both the Crown and defence agreed on that fact during the opening of Calloo’s trial on Wednesday inside Windsor’s Superior Court of Justice.
