Manitoba teen accused of planning school attack now charged with conspiracy to commit murder

A 14-year-old from Rivers, Man., now faces charges of conspiracy to commit murder and counselling the offence of murder. He was initially arrested in March after Interpol and the FBI alerted RCMP to online messages about school attacks in Manitoba and Nova Scotia.
